Here are some of my favorite easy appetizer and drink recipes made lighter for Weight Watchers. Enjoy!

3-Ingredient Crock Pot Corn Dip - Light and flavorful, without being overly cheesy, it was a winner with all of us, only *2 WW Freestyle SmartPoints.

Shrimp co*cktail with several yummy homemade co*cktail sauces to choose from - a great low calorie option, especially now that shrimp is a zero points food on the new WW Freestyle Program.

Simple Deviled Eggs - A party and potluck classic, made lighter and healthier with *0 Freestyle SmartPoints per serving.

Weight Watchers Pico de Gallo - delicious fresh tomato salsa with zero SmartPoints per serving.

Crock Pot Fat-Free Refried Bean Dip - Serve this low calorie, fat-free *0 Freestyle SmartPoints dip with baked corn chips or your favorite raw vegetables.

Guacamole - my personal favorite. Serve with light tortilla chips and fresh vegetables and watch it disappear, *2 WW PointsPlus or *5 Freestyle SmartPoints.

Watermelon Aguas Frescas -This simple concoction of watermelon blended with water, lime juice and a little sugar makes a delightful thirst quencher for Weight Watchers on a hot day, only *3 WW Freestyle SmartPoints. Substitute cantaloupe if you prefer.

Skinny Gin & Tonic - fill a tall glass with ice, add 1-½ ounces gin and fill almost to the top with club soda, leaving enough room for a splash or two of tonic water. Garnish with a lime wedge. (*4 Weight Watchers PointsPlus or *4 WW SmartPoints)

Skinny Strawberry Mojito -In a sturdy glass, muddle (gently twist and grind a bit) 10 mint leaves, 4 sliced strawberries, and 4 lime slices by gently pressing on and twisting the mint leaves and lime. Add 1 cup crushed ice, 8 ounces club soda, and 1 ounce rum. Stir gently and garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wedge before serving. (*2 PointsPlus or *2 SmartPoints)

White Wine Spritzer - mix 5 ounces white wine with an equal amount of seltzer for a light and refreshing summer co*cktail. (*4 PointsPlus or *4 SmartPoints)

Skinny Vodka Lemonade - fill a tall glass with ice, add 1-½ ounces vodka and 6 ounces diet lemonade, stir and garnish with a slice of fresh lemon. (*3 SmartPoints)
