Leanne Ward (pictured), from Brisbane, said the slice is her 'famous and favourite recipe' that she makes regularly from foods she often has in her pantry

To make the slice for yourself at home, you'll need some crunchy peanut butter (or your choice of nut butter), honey or maple syrup, rolled oats and some dark chocolate chips.

You'll also need just 15 minutes to spare, and then a few hours where the slices can harden in the fridge.

'First of all, you need to line a tray with baking paper,' Leanne said.

'Then, in a medium microwave-safe bowl, add the peanut butter and honey and heat it in 15-20 second increments, until it's warm and slightly thickened.

'This should take about 40-60 seconds in total.'

Next, add in the oats and stir the mixture to combine it, before adding it to your baking tray.

'Melt the chocolate in the microwave and pour it over the mixture, then refrigerate until it's hardened (usually a few hours),' Leanne said.

Finally, slice the mix into small pieces and store the leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.

Hundreds who saw the simple recipe were impressed and said they would definitely try it for themselves.

'I am making this tomorrow,' fellow dietitian Susie Burrell posted.

'How delicious - peanut butter and chocolate, my two faves,' another added.

Leanne (pictured) said while there are some foods that you might expect to help with fat loss like grapefruit, others - like potato - are more surprising

Previously, Leanne shared the foods that make fat loss easier, and why you can still enjoy some of your favourite foods like milky coffees and popcorn and still lose weight.

The 31-year-old said that whilethere are certain foods that you might know help with weight loss like grapefruit, there are others like frozen grapes and roasted chickpeas that you might not be so familiar with.

'These foods taste great and keep you on track,' Leanne said.

The foods include milky coffees, and Leanne said she has one of these per day.

'I drink a coffee daily - it's both delicious and good protein for fullness,' the dietitian posted on TikTok.

Leanne often supplements her coffee with either almond or oat milk, but always chooses a calcium-enriched variety to make sure she gets enough of the nutrient.

Elsewhere, the dietitian said you can eat things like frozen grapes to help speed up fat loss, as well as cottage cheese and popcorn when you need a snack.

Roasted chickpeas are another of the dietitian's favourite snacks.

Simply take a can of chickpeas, drain them and dry them out as much as possible.

Then, add plenty of olive oil, salt and pepper and spices, and pop them in the oven to gently roast for 20-30 minutes.

Finally, let the chickpeas sit for half an hour to cool down before enjoying.

You might not think that potatoes are good for weight loss, but Leanne said she often has potatoes with her meals because they are 'yummy, filling and make healthy eating easier to stick to'.

'Another good thing about potatoes is when they are cooked and cooled, they have resistant starch for gut health benefits,' Leanne said.

'Potato is wonderfully healthy, just bake it or roast it in small amounts - rather than fry it.'

Finally, she likes to eat plenty of Greek yoghurt, fresh berries, rolled oats and mixed nuts to stay full and healthy.
