Everyone gets stressed out at times, and everyone deals withit differently. Find out how they deal with it and maybe pick up some extrastress relief tips for you.

3. What is something youare obsessed with?

This is a great question because you can follow up with lotsof questions about what they are obsessed with. I guarantee they’ll have plentyto talk about when it comes to what they geek out on.

4. What three words best describeyou?

Find out how they view themselves, and don’t forget to askfollow-up questions about each of the words they chose.

I like this question because it gets to the point of what they really want to be doing. Not what they have to be doing. You can find out a lot about a person by learning what they want to do when they aren’t obligated to be doing anything in particular.
